I've been podcasting for a full year! My first episode published on January 1st, 2025. On December 29, I published my 18th Episode and Season 1 finale.
The podcast is called The Integrated Self. Episodes are short (usually 5-20 minutes), casual, and conversational. So far it's been monologue, not interviews, and it's a place where I poetically share teachings and reflections and occasional music. Like the spiritual teachings that inspire me, my intention for the show is that it helps awaken awareness, insights, compassion, self-forgiveness, and more openness to love in you. The general theme: flowing with life.
I enjoyed making all these episodes, and the last one was a special kind of fun. The 18th episode is an experiment in a middle path, balancing linear-thinking left-brain and immediate-experience right-brain functions; it plays with the energy of distraction (what listening to a podcast can on some level be) and presence. It's part podcast entertainment, part guided meditation, and part silent self-reflective space for you! It's meditainment, or entertation. It references a few previous episodes, so I think this first "season" (episodes 1-18) makes for a nice arc, culminating in this final episode experiment.
If you listen to any of the shows, and especially #18, I'm so curious how it is for you. Let me know! Not if you like it or if you don't, or if you think it's good or bad, but how is YOUR experience with it? What happens for you while you listen? After? Don't just listen, but notice ;) . We each have a unique offering, unique genius, unique medicine needed for this time. This podcast has been one way I've been sharing mine. If you haven't heard it yet and you feel some connection to me (like if you've read this long of a social media post), try it out. Episode 1 is a short introduction, Episode 2 dives right into the heart of things. Follow the link below or in my bio to play it on its on page or "Listen On..." spotify, apple, amazon.
May it support your healing, your flow, and inspire your unique creative genius to shine in your unique and perfect ways.
Blessings on our journey,
