One of the biggest mistakes I see women making today is Unrealistic goal setting!
(Ex: I wanna get back to the “Size” or “Weight” I was before kids! 🙄)
I’m not here to judge, but here’s some facts about the average “Woman’s Body” after she gives birth to help you understand why! 👇🏼
⚠️Facts about MOST women after pregnancy:
📍Hormonal changes, and fluctuations including the introduction of new hormones to support her new baby (Breast Feeding)
📍Spreading of hip bones, ribs, and stomach muscles (Give birth)
📍Increase in appetite due to stress hormones (Cortisol-belly fat)
📍Lack of sleep-Necessary for weight loss & optimal body function.
📍Fluid volume, (Blood, Water, Electrolytes)
