📦 Miles Perret Cancer Services is moving!

Wellness/Healthy Living will be open on Thursday, March 12th and closed on Friday, March 13th. Wellness/Healthy Living classes and gym time will continue at 2130 Kaliste Saloom Rd.

Services will be closed on Thursday, March 12th and on Friday, March 13th. Beginning March 16th, Services/Administrative staff will be waiting to help you at 110 Capital Dr, Lafayette, LA 70508.

We’re proud to share that The Family Tree Information, Education, & Counseling Center and Miles Perret have partnered to provide additional support for patients and their caregivers.

These new groups will run alongside our monthly Breast Cancer Support Group and Prostate Cancer Support Group, creating even more space for connection, encouragement, and shared understanding.

📅 When: First two Tuesdays of each month
🕕 First Tuesday: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
🕕 Second Tuesday: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Miles Perret

Our February Smiles for Miles outing was a slam dunk! 🏀💙

Last Thursday, we had the honor of celebrating the best krewe of volunteers at our Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon! 💜💚💛

Throughout 2025, our volunteers dedicated 3,737 total hours across 1,581 shifts, helping with everything from office support and client calls to assembling event materials, preparing mailings, and working countless events like the Triathlon, Games of Acadiana, and Camellia Crossing. The top 30 volunteers alone contributed 1,943 hours of service— an incredible reflection of the heart behind our mission!

Because of your time, compassion, and commitment, more than 3,353 local families received support this year, and thousands more will be served in the year ahead. We truly don’t know what we would do without you. Thank you for helping families across Acadiana fight, survive, and live with cancer.
