The fact that people want to pick at a chiro that’s actually educating them is backwards to me. The reality is, is that most people want their “quick fix” and that’s it. They never actually get to the root causes of their injuries, discomfort and mobility issues. The issues WILL come back without changing habits and movement patterns. Watch his videos and listen to this man!

Yes. I am a licensed Chiropractor. I’ve been getting alot of hate DMs about posting bullsh*t info or not being a licensed practitioner or that I look like a “kid” posting about real problems people are facing. The truth is, if I was just like EVERY OTHER Chiropractor posting content about cracking people, I don’t think I would I have been where I am today on social media. I wanted to create a brand for myself and I wanted people to view health and chiropractic differently. Everything I have posted was what I learned with 5 years of university. I know I can’t fix everyone by just posting videos but if I can just remind you to be consistent when it comes to your stretches, then you’ll be fineeee
