The fact that people want to pick at a chiro that’s actually educating them is backwards to me. The reality is, is that most people want their “quick fix” and that’s it. They never actually get to the root causes of their injuries, discomfort and mobility issues. The issues WILL come back without changing habits and movement patterns. Watch his videos and listen to this man!

Yes. I am a licensed Chiropractor. I’ve been getting alot of hate DMs about posting bullsh*t info or not being a licensed practitioner or that I look like a “kid” posting about real problems people are facing. The truth is, if I was just like EVERY OTHER Chiropractor posting content about cracking people, I don’t think I would I have been where I am today on social media. I wanted to create a brand for myself and I wanted people to view health and chiropractic differently. Everything I have posted was what I learned with 5 years of university. I know I can’t fix everyone by just posting videos but if I can just remind you to be consistent when it comes to your stretches, then you’ll be fineeee

As most of you know by now, yesterday was my last day at .salon.spa. Some of you may not know, that this salon has been home to me since I was little girl.
My AuntTab helped raise me. My momma worked here. I never thought I would have a career that put me back in a salon, but life has a way of bringing you back home.

I took this job while I was still trying to figure out my career path, almost 2.5 years ago. It has been such a blessing to me. I am so thankful to have gotten to work for Tabitha Russell. I have mixed emotions this week as I start my full-time venture in Ringgold at M’Bellish Salon. Where I’ve been for 2 years!

Change is constant through life, deciding to move with it or against is always hard.

Thank you to all of my clients who have been patient with me through this switch. I love you all ❤️
