When it’s back to school and you’re a play therapist! 📚✏️🚌📓📖🖍️🍎💻

Going back to school can be difficult for an anxious child. Make mornings fun and playful packed with plenty of protein! Protein helps regulate the adrenals and will satisfy your child’s hunger for a longer time.

Being playful with your child helps build confidence in connection, releases endorphins (which reduces the stress hormone cortisol), and sends a signal to your child that going to school is an ok thing to do 😊
