In honor of Black History Month, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Mr. Harris’s African American History class at Edgar Martin Middle School.

Students created posters highlighting underrepresented African American figures who made a significant impact on U.S. history. We loved seeing the creativity, research, and thought each student put into their project.

Our employees had the opportunity to review the submissions and vote for their favorites, and we’re excited to share the incredible projects created by these students. In recognition of the positive community impact of promoting cultural understanding and critical thinking skills of Lafayette Parish students, the top three winners were recognized with special prizes, along with a small classroom donation to celebrate their hard work.

Today we’re celebrating Cheron Brown and Jennifer Sire Rouprich for 15 incredible years of dedication, compassion, and excellence at Professional Arts Pharmacy.
