Margaret is a resident in Legacy. Margaret said it was time to get baptized, so her family wasted no time requesting ViaQuest Hospice services to get Margaret's dream come to life. Family, staff, and residents were invited to this joyous occasion. She said she always wanted to do it but never took the time to do it. I am 90 ya know! she said. Family and staff cried tears of joy.

The Patio Home Neighborhood took an evening trip downtown! 🎸 Everyone enjoyed the tribute concert to John Denver, with music by Jim Curry and his band! The folk music, country and soft rock from the 70's brought back a lot of good memories and the greatest song hits of the late John Denver that everybody loved! 🎸 🎵

Last week our residents set sail for the high seas! We want to give a huge shout-out to ViaQuest Hospice for getting us all glammed up and for taking the traditional onboard photos. What would a cruise be without entertainment, as you can see we had a great time laughing and singing along. We also enjoyed a fun and refreshing mocktail crafted by Liz who was more than happy to whip us up the perfect drink. And last but not least our residents created the most beautiful centerpieces. We had a great cruise experience!

Thursday’s theme dinner set sail with island vibes and nautical flair! Guests enjoyed an evening on the “high seas,” complete with sailor hats, floral leis, and a special Captain’s Table where four distinguished guests dined in style after being selected through a fun raffle system.

Fall is many of residents favorite time of the year so Creasy Springs Legacy residents took a trip Kent's Cucurbits Pumpkin Patch. We got to enjoy a little of the farm life too. Feeding the goats is always a fun and memorable part of the visit. Going through the pumpkin patch and picking out the perfect one to paint was also a fun experience. Thank you to our families that helped as well a friend who came to help. We could not have done it without you.

Ahoy, mates! This week we set sail on our Captain’s Cruise Theme Week, and it’s been smooth sailing full of fun, laughter, and nautical adventures! From tropical treats and island music to deck games and captain’s hats, our residents and staff have truly embraced life on the high seas. ⚓️✨

We may not be on an actual cruise ship, but with all the smiles, laughter, and ocean vibes around here — it sure feels like one!
