Question: What can I expect from my first home health care visit?!

Answer:
During your first visit, a clinician will come to your home and perform an evaluation . They will ask questions about your medical history, current condition, and daily needs.

This will allow them to see which services might help you most — such as:
• 🩺 Skilled nursing care
• 💪 Physical or occupational therapy
• 🗣️ Speech therapy
• 🛁 Help from a home health aide (like bathing or dressing)
• 🏥 Medical equipment or assistive devices

Your clinician will then work with your physician on a personalized plan of care to achieve your health goals. 🩺💙
