Let’s get your closet organized for fall! 🍁
1. Edit, edit, edit
Eliminating the excess is always number one. What don't you wear, what's uncomfortable, what's not your color, what isn't the right size, what don't you grab and you're not sure why? These are the questions to ask yourself when editing. Remove what's not working, donate or pass on to friends.
2. Group into clear categories.
Put all tops together, dresses together, workout clothes, etc. It sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how easily clothes can get stashed in the wrong spot. You can then further group by season and color if desired.
3. Maintain
This is the most important tip of all. When trying on clothes, after you're done, everything has to go back to it's "home." If not immediately, then within the next day. Items need to stay in their spots unless being worn. It's easy for a closet to turn upside down if things are never put away.
You can do this and have your closet look this good too! 👚
