Meet Our Provider: Alexandra ("AJ") Cushman 😀

• Doctor of Physical Therapy, Virginia Commonwealth University, 2016

• Undergraduate Degree-Kinesiology with concentration in Sports Medicine, University of Virginia (UVa), 2011; Division I Varsity Volleyball, UVa, 2007-2011

• Specializing in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, dry needling, kinesiology taping, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. Additional training and interest in pelvic health, vestibular and balance, and temporomandibular dysfunction.

"I am passionate about life-long education in the ever-evolving field of human movement. I want to help people gain confidence to return to what they love by helping them feel better and
