What do you enjoy most about working at Summit?
I love that my job doesn’t feel like a job. Everyday is full of fun, growth, and learning! 🌱 ☀️

How does your work at Summit align with your personal core values?
By celebrating even the smallest of wins!! Little steps lead to the big leaps, and it’s important to find joy along the way! 🎉

Which part of your role or responsibilities are you most passionate about?
Natural Environment Teaching (NET) (aka child led play)! I think integrating learning into play is so important for our kiddos! It increases motivation, engagement, and allows for functional learning! So fun!! ✨✨

What is a favorite memory from your time at Summit?
Definitely the time we found a karaoke mic and the clients decided to put on a talent show! 🕺🏻🪩

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love reading and going to the gym! Even better, I love reading AT the gym when I’m on the stair-master!! 📚🏃🏼‍♀️💨

What is your favorite candy?
I’m not a big candy person! Give me a jar of pickles instead! 💚💚

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go?
If you know me then you know my go to answer for this question will always be South Africa!! ✈️🗺️

What an incredible Employee Appreciation Week! 🎉

Last week, we spent the week celebrating our awesome team with themed days to relax, connect, compete, and eat — and we made the most of every moment!

We kicked things off with a Relaxation Day, where our team got to unwind and recharge. A huge shoutout to Unravel Massage Therapy for providing in-office massages — the perfect way to set the tone for a week of appreciation! 💆‍♀️💆‍♂️

Midweek, the energy ramped up for our Field Day full of friendly competition, riddles, and team challenges that brought out our creativity, collaboration, and plenty of laughs. 🏆

We rounded out the fun with delicious eats — from a day packed with sweet treats 🍪 to a “Fuel Up” day featuring a build-your-own trail mix, baked potato, and salad bar. 🥗

We’re so grateful for the incredible people who make our workplace thrive each and every day. 💙

We’ve been quiet on social, but busy learning and making memories in real life.

The first two months of 2026 have been full of growth, new skills, and meaningful moments with friends. 🤝

January's focus on health and wellness had us trying new activities and celebrating small steps toward healthier habits. 💪 🥗 February's focus on love and kindess was extra special with Valentine's Day and Mardi Gras celebrations adding extra joy and connection. 💕🎭

By tailoring services to the needs of each individual or group, we are able to maximize the success of interventions and training, in order to achieve meaningful and lasting behavior change. At Summit, we provide those served with the tools needed to reach new heights and success in their lives, while striving to improve the quality of life for all individuals served.
