The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and March of Dimes recommends that families practice birth spacing, or avoiding pregnancy, for at least 18 months after you give birth. This gives your body time to recover so you can have positive health outcomes for you and your future baby. Talk to your doctor about different family planning methods to help you achieve this goal. In honor of Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month, we wanted to share a free tool that can help you monitor your unborn baby's movement- Count the Kicks.
