There’s something powerful about noticing when you feel grounded.

Clear.
Unfiltered.

So much of adulthood pulls us into roles and expectations.

But the moments when you feel most like yourself?

Those are clues.
Clues to what matters.
Clues to what feels aligned.
Clues to where your energy naturally flows.

We'd love to hear your answer. 💛

There’s a version of strength many women were taught to carry...and it’s heavy.
- Be everything to everyone.
- Hold it all together.
- Don’t need too much.
- Don’t feel too much.

And for a long time, that’s what strength looked like.

But what if strength also looks like this:
– saying no without over-explaining
– asking for help without guilt
– resting without earning it
– telling the truth about how you actually feel

Women’s history isn’t just about what women have overcome. It’s also about what we’re allowed to do now.

- To take up space.
- To have a voice.
- To choose lives that feel aligned, not just acceptable.

And maybe the most powerful way we honor the women before us...is by fully becoming ourselves.

Boundaries aren’t selfish. They’re necessary.

Resentment is often a boundary that hasn’t been spoken.

If you:
– say yes but feel frustrated later
– stay busy because slowing down feels uncomfortable
– carry responsibility for other people’s emotions
– feel guilty for taking time for yourself

That’s not a character flaw.
It’s usually a sign your boundaries need strengthening.

Healthy boundaries protect your capacity. They create clarity in relationships. They allow you to show up without resentment.

Which one of these hit home for you?

Therapy is about having a space where you can:

– say the thing you’ve been holding in
– understand patterns that keep repeating
– learn tools to respond differently
– feel seen without judgment

Healing doesn’t happen just because time passes.

It happens when we slow down long enough to pay attention to what’s actually happening inside of us.

You don’t have to untangle everything alone.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy — this could be your invitation to reach out.

Every “yes” costs you something.

Time.
Energy.
Attention.
Sometimes even peace.

We often think of “yes” as generous, kind, or responsible.

But every time you say yes to something, you’re saying no to something else.

No to rest.
No to your own priorities.
No to space you might need.

This isn’t about becoming rigid or unavailable.

It’s about becoming intentional.

Before you say yes, pause and ask:
Is this aligned with who I want to be?
Is this worth what it will cost me?

Your time and energy are not unlimited. Spend them in ways that feel honest.

Not everything is a trigger. Sometimes it’s a glimmer. ✨ a tiny moment that makes you smile, softens the tension in your body, and reminds you that you’re OK. Today’s glimmer is thanks to a simple stack of accordion style sticky notes and a little spark of joy in the ordinary. Be sure to train your brain to notice these… They matter more than you think.
