Our heritage of honesty and dedication makes us a close advisor and friend to those who have needed us most for over seven decades. The standard of excellence we adhere to began with our founders Sosthene Martin and Paul L. It was that partnership that built a foundation of dignity, integrity and professionalism, which has held Matin & Castille as a pillar of trust for so many years. Over time, our respect for tradition, our dedication to personalized service, and our attention to detail has meant the kind of caring that has set a standard for the high quality of service that we provide to every family we serve today. Martin & Castille Funeral Home is a family owned, full service funeral home that has served Acadiana for 75 years, spanning across two centuries. In that time, we have shared in the challenges and triumphs of this great part of Louisiana. Our directors have over 100 combined years of a history of commitment to excellence, community, and the families we serve. We were the first Funeral Home in Acadiana to be invited as a member of the Selected Independent Funeral Homes, a group of the premier funeral homes in the United States. We have achieved the Pursuit of Excellence Award, the highest service award given by our national association. We emphasize staff development and continually attend national seminars and training programs to provide the most compassionate and current funeral services available.
