🧍‍♀️ Upright & forward-leaning positions use gravity to help baby move down and can even shorten labor.

🤠 Movements like lunges and “Flying Cowgirl” open the pelvis and create more space for rotation and descent.

🛁 Comfort tools like the tub, rebozo, or peanut ball ease pain, boost relaxation, and help labor progress naturally.
