Located in the heart of Lafayette for over forty years, the clinic is comprised of three fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, a neurosurgeon, and a nursing staff—all with state-of-the-art healthcare facilities.

Here are a few fast facts and stats to raise awareness:

-Heart disease is the #1 killer in the U.S., with about 1 in 5 deaths caused by it each year.
-Statistics show that someone dies from cardiovascular disease every 33 seconds.
-Annually, over 800,000 people have heart attacks.
-Risk factors often stem from lifestyle choices like diet, smoking, and inactivity, though genetics plays a role.
-Learning CPR and how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) are wonderful tools to know, especially for sudden cardiac arrest.
-Regular checkups, a healthy diet, 150 minutes per week of activity, quitting smoking, and managing stress are a few ways to prevent heart disease.
