Ladies,if you're looking for a fun, high-energy cardio workout in Lafayette, IN, then you've found the right FB page! I'm bringing the REFIT® Revolution here to Lafayette! We'll move, dance, and strut our stuff to positive secular & Christian music. We'll burn calories, tone muscles, and touch hearts working out together. REFIT® is all about community, so come for the workout and the connection. If you're anxious about going to a "dance fitness" class, let me encourage you to give it a try. Come to a couple classes and challenge yourself. I would never refer to myself as a dancer, but I love to move and I love good music. So if I can do it, you can too!
