Hello and welcome! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Michelle M. Carr. I am truly dedicated to educating my patients on chiropractic care and the benefits it can provide. Carr ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ DR. MICHELLE M. CARR, D.C. BS Dr. Carr is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She continued her education in Houston Texas where she obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Human Biology. She also graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston Texas where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. While attending TCC, she served as President of the Student Chiropractic Association of Louisiana and served as Secretary of the Student Body Association. During her internship, she participated in the hospital rotation program at the Houston Medical Center which included family medicine and neurology. Dr. Carr also became licensed to practice acupuncture in the state of Texas. Dr. Carr serves on the Texas Chiropractic College Alumni Association Board and continues to advise future chiropractors through the college preceptorship program. Also, she most recently became certified in Whiplash and Traumatology from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Carr Chiropractic Clinic has been named THE BEST Chiropractic Clinic in Lafayette two years in a row by the Times of Acadiana Best of competition.
Dr. Michelle Carr continues to stay active in the Acadiana community through her many years of service with the Junior League of Lafayette, Business First-Women Who Mean Business, Lafayette Women’s Chamber of Commerce, the Daughters of The Amercian Revolution and through her work with the non-profit organization, Faith House.
