My name is Ryan Fay. I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I went to Kettering College of Medical Arts in Kettering, Ohio for my Undergraduate degree. I received my BSN from Ohio University. I then spent 7 years working for Premier Health in Dayton, Ohio, primarily on the Heart and Vascular Intensive Care Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. That experience led me to pursue my Graduate degree at the University of Cincinnati. Following graduation, I moved here to Indiana to join Dr. Dutter in practice.

We are very excited to announce the opening of a new Family Medicine office that will be located at 3806 Amelia Ave, Lafayette, Indiana fby ).
Lafayette Family Medicine will be opening our doors and accepting new patients late Fall 2018 and we look forward to providing our patients with a range of services, including wellness exams, acute or ill visits, sports physicals, CDL/DOT physicals, simple dermatology procedures, immunizations and much more!
We will keep you updated as new details are available, but in the meantime, feel free to give us a call at the Flora location (574-967-4523) if you have any questions! We are working on the layout of the space now! We look forward to serving you in Lafayette!
