Re-Opening and Updated Office Policies due to COVID-19...
To all my wonderful clients,
I will be tentatively re-opening my office starting on Tuesday, May 12th. This date is subject to change if there are any further extensions or changes to Boulder County's Stay at Home Order.
Feel free to start booking your appointments online again, but be aware that there may be changes or extensions to the Stay at Home order that are out of my control. If that is the case, I will reach out to you personally!
Also, if you didn't see my last email... I am only taking appointments 3 days a week, moving forward. I will also be scheduling fewer appointments each day because i'm booking extra time in between appointments to thoroughly clean and sanitize all surfaces after every client. This means my available appointments will most likely book up fast, so please plan and book your appointments accordingly.
Your health and safety is my top priority, so please be advised of the following required updates to my office policies during the safer at home order:
-A cloth mask or face covering is required to be worn at all times (Yes, even during your massage). No Mask, No Service.
*Yes, I will be wearing a mask as well.
-You will be asked to kindly wait in your car if you arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. Waiting areas are off limits at this time.
*Feel free to text me when you arrive to see if I'm ready for you.
-A temperature check via an infrared No-Touch Thermometer will be required before your appointment. I am required to send you home if you have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above.
*I will also be taking my temperature every morning before my shifts.
-You will also be required to answer a couple health symptoms and safety related questions before your appointment. I will send this questionnaire to you via email, please make sure you respond before you show up to your appointment.
-You will be required to cancel your massage therapy appointment if you feel even the slightest bit unwell. (Please be courteous and try to give me at least 1 hour notice if you are unwell and unable to make your appointment- Cancellation fees will not be charged under this circumstance).
* I will certainly do the same if I am unwell!
-If you have recently been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19, you will need to wait a full 14 days until you will be allowed to schedule a massage.
-If you are continually in contact with Covid-19 patients, I will sadly have to ask you not to schedule a massage at this time.
To all my medical staff clients: I am deeply saddened if this requirement affects you! I am very aware that you are doing such important work and that you need and deserve massage so much right now! I hope that I will be able to work you into my schedule soon so that you are able to receive this much needed therapeutic service!! You have my endless gratitude for all you do, every day!!
I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and I truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this unprecedented and challenging time for us all!
Please let me know if you have any questions, whatsoever. I am here for you!
In health and happiness,
Brittany
