An important step recommended by the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) is for your child to visit the orthodontist for an evaluation by at least age 7. This may surprise you since orthodontics is usually associated with adolescence. However, early screening can help detect and prevent significant orthodontic and dental problems from developing. Balhoff Orthodontics wants you to know that it is never too late to achieve that perfect smile. We recognize that every patient has different needs, and we pride ourselves in the courteous and professional service we deliver to each person who walks through our doors. Whatever your orthodontic needs may be, whether you're a child, adolescent, or adult, our knowledgeable staff is committed to helping you achieve the smile that you want and deserve - a healthy, beautiful one!

Orthodontists track your tooth movement at every visit. Proper rubber band wear is an essential part of a patient's orthodontic care.
