She graduated from University of Lafayette in 1981, received her medical degree from Tulane in 1986, and completed her OBGYN residency as Chief Resident from University of Texas Medical School in 1990. She received her Board Certification in 1992. She was honored with America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists 2002-2005, and in 2009-2010. She currently practices at the well-established Women’s and Children’s Hospital, as well as the Lafayette Surgical Specialty Hospital. Lafayette-born, she is passionate about helping members of her community. She has spent years treating hormone imbalances, and uses bioidentical hormones for optimal effects. Special interests include minimally invasive surgery and antiaging. While not practicing medicine, she enjoys tennis and spending time with her three daughters.
