Blackbird Clinical Services is proud to be a locally owned small business, serving our community by providing quailty service to small and large businesses as well as through our various not-for-profit endevours. We are a DATIA certified facility, specializing in all manner of drugs of abuse testing, ensuring the highest standards are upheld in all our collection services. We provide many complimentary services to our drug testing packages. All of our DNA collectors are certified by the National Association for DNA Collection and Management so that any of your concerns can be addressed as professionally and accurately as possible. When utilizing our blood lab services you can feel comfortable knowing we have physicians on staff to answer and address any problems that may arise with your results. We provide many onsite services reducing your "time away from work" costs.

In this new year, Blackbird Clinical Services has made some big changes! We have closed our clinic site at 2 Executive Drive, Ste D., Lafayette. We have transitioned into Blackbird Mobile. It is bittersweet in that, I will miss seeing my awesome work family every day and helping out our amazing day-to-day clients. (I want to thank my staff, Kquela, Serena and Dr. B for sticking it out with me until the end of the year. You guys are the best!) I am very excited to be able to slow down, laser focus on my onsite clients and see what semi-retirement looks like.
Blackbird Mobile provides onsite drug testing, collection and BAT services. If you do large hiring events requiring drug testing, have a random pool that needs collected regularly, would like to begin or have a current random testing program, we need to chat! If you have ever thought these programs are just out of reach due to cost, we need to chat! PSA- if you are getting vaccinations for immigration services, please DO NOT go to any Walgreen's Pharmacy. The pharmacists are NOT thorough. We have had multiple patients NOT receive vaccinations as instructed per doctor's orders resulting in delay's in service at several different Walgreen's Pharmacies. We have resorted to highlighting, staring and clearly marking orders with several ### with the same result. The excuse we have gotten each time from the tech...."I guess we didn't see that". WOW! I hope they actually read orders when they receive prescriptions and fill prescriptions. I would personally be very afraid to use their services.

Do rising measles cases across the U.S. make you wonder if your previous vaccinations still have you protected? Did you know that the virus can live in the air and on surfaces for 2 hours after an infected person leaves the space? We can help you check your immunity status. Walk-in anytime between 8am and 4pm Monday-Friday and ask for our measles titer or our measles, mumps and rubella titer to check the status of all 3 viruses. The single measles titer is $75 and our MMR titer (all 3 viruses) is $130. Check your immunity status before hitting the road for Spring Break or those summer vacations!

Warning....strong language. Don't let this be you! Legally you can get your labs done at any lab of your choosing. Don't have insurance? Don't pay thousands of dollars out of pocket for your labs. Blackbird Clinical Services has negotiated pricing for you providing affordable blood labs. Don't believe us, call around and price a Lipid Panel.....we will wait. What did you find, $150, $200 or $250 just to get your cholesterol levels checked??? That is crazy, our cost $25!
Even if you have insurance, you can still get the same quick, professional service with just a $15 draw fee and our lab is in network with most insurance companies. We are set up on a walk-in basis. Drop by anytime between 8am and 4pm Monday thru Friday and give us a try!

It's that time of the year again! Get stuck with the flu so you don't get stuck with the flu.
