We are in that time of year when the heat is rising and the potential for people forgetting a child or animal in the vehicle increases. This should not have to be said but, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look in the backseat before you exit your vehicle. Please do not forget a loved one or purposely leave a loved one in the vehicle while you just run into the store. These are needless injuries and deaths and our loved ones deserve more from us.
