There’s more to core than abs.
This immersion takes you into the deep intelligence of the body, where breath, inner locks (bandhas), and energetic alignment come together to support every pose you practice.
Through the lens of yoga, movement science, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn how to build true core integration—not just for strength, but for balance, control, and grace on and off the mat.
Together, we’ll explore:
🌀 Mula Bandha (root lock) – anchoring and grounding
🔥 Uddiyana Bandha (abdominal lift) – rising and energizing
🫁 Breath mechanics – how to breathe in a way that supports your spine and nervous system
🧘🏽♀️ Core-based transitions – from stillness to flow
⚖️ Balance & proprioception – how inner stability creates outer ease
This workshop includes:
Experiential anatomy
Flow and functional movement sequences
Hands-on core connection drills
Guided breath practice + integration
Space to play with balance and re-pattern habitual movement
Whether you want to refine your vinyasa, deepen your understanding of the body, or create a stronger relationship with your center, this is for you.
