A Somatic Immersion for Stress, Trauma & Regulation
Our bodies remember what our minds forget.

In this immersion, we explore how yoga can support nervous system healing, not just through poses, but through presence.

You’ll learn how breath, movement, and awareness work together to downshift stress, release stored tension, and create space for safety, connection, and resilience.

This is for you if you’re curious about:
🌀 Why yoga works for trauma and chronic stress
🫁 How your breath patterns reflect (and shift) your state
🌊 What it means to regulate your nervous system and how to do it through your practice
🧘🏽‍♀️ Ways to adapt your flow to meet your internal state
💡 How to recognize fight/flight/freeze/fawn in the body and respond with compassion

We’ll blend:
Slow, intentional asana

Breathwork (pranayama + somatic breath)

Education on Polyvagal Theory & trauma-informed movement

Guided meditation + journaling

Embodied practice as a tool for self-trust

This immersion takes you into the deep intelligence of the body, where breath, inner locks (bandhas), and energetic alignment come together to support every pose you practice.

Through the lens of yoga, movement science, and somatic awareness, you’ll learn how to build true core integration—not just for strength, but for balance, control, and grace on and off the mat.

Together, we’ll explore:
🌀 Mula Bandha (root lock) – anchoring and grounding
🔥 Uddiyana Bandha (abdominal lift) – rising and energizing
🫁 Breath mechanics – how to breathe in a way that supports your spine and nervous system
🧘🏽‍♀️ Core-based transitions – from stillness to flow
