Heading out of town for the holidays? 🎄 Before you zip the suitcase, don't forget to give your spine a spot on the packing list!
👉 Taking your favorite/good pillow, spinal hygiene tools (wobble disc, Denneroll, ect...), and spinal exercise sheets can help keep your body mobile and happy while you’re away.

🚗✈️ Also, whether you’re logging miles in the car or hours in the air, remember to stretch and move along the way.
