Meet Trinity!

Trinity Guillory currently serves as the Front Desk Coordinator in our Lafayette office and the first smiling face you see as you walk in our clinic. Before joining Fertility Answers in June 2024, Trinity worked as a receptionist at a cardiology clinic, so entering the fertility field was an entirely new experience for her.

"What excites me most about being part of Fertility Answers is witnessing couples achieve their dreams of becoming parents—the joy and smiles on their faces when they graduate are truly heartwarming."

Professionally, Trinity hopes to continue learning and growing within Fertility Answers, with the goal of advancing her career over time. Outside of work, Trinity enjoys spending time with her family, catching up on TikTok, and cuddling with her dog when she's not busy with schoolwork.

We had a special visitor recently to our Baton Rouge office when baby Conner dropped by to say hello to many of the Fertility Answers superstars who made her possible! From Dr. Chappell's fertility expertise 🩺, to our front office staff's incredible organization (we appreciate you Rachel and Cassidy 🥰), to IVF nurse Ali's care and attention to detail, and to acupuncturist Allison's relaxing treatments - the teamwork that helped make the miracle that is Conner 💗🎀!

So that our Lafayette doctors and staff can attend the memorial service for Freida Keller, our Lafayette location will close at 11:30am on Thursday, November 6th. We will be back in the office on Friday morning.

Get to know Dr. John Storment!

Originally from Shreveport, Dr. Storment moved to Lafayette when he was in high school and was in the first graduating class at St. Thomas More in 1983. Little did the priests at STM know then that this one-time troublemaker would become a well-respected physician just down the road!

After graduating in microbiology at LSU Baton Rouge, Dr. Storment went on to LSU Med School in Shreveport, an OBGyn residency at UT-Houston, and then a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) at the University of Vermont.

After fellowship, he and his growing family were wanting to move back south to be closer to family. Lafayette seemed like the perfect place. Not too big, family-friendly, with a wonderful culture and great food, Lafayette proved to be the best place to raise a family and build a practice that specialized in creating more families.

Now, over 25 years later, Dr. Storment is proud of the work he has done in Acadiana and in Baton Rouge (Fertility Answers expanded to BR in 2014). Since Fertility Answers started in 1999, close to 5,000 miracles have been brought into this world. A little known secret is that he has kept every single card and note patients have sent him over the years 😊, now filling many shoes boxes, cherished sentiments that confirm his decision to go into infertility in the first place.

Professionally, Dr. Storment has received numerous awards over the years, has taught many of the LSU OBGyn physicians that now deliver your babies, has served on many local boards, and serves on the national board of Ovation Fertility, our partner in our IVF labs. He is also passionate about service to others and provides his time and treasure to many local causes, as well as being a major sponsor to organizations that assist our patients, such as Maddie's Footprints and Resolve: The National Infertility Association.

We are incredibly thankful ❤️ to have Dr. Storment at the head of our Fertility Answers family!

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we share the passing of one of our Fertility Answers family, Freida Keller RN.

Freida’s connection to our patients goes back to the earliest days of our first IVF lab at Women’s and Children’s Hospital in the early 2000s. She later joined our team full-time as our office and OR nurse, where her presence became woven into the fabric of who we are.

She had a rare gift for recognizing the quiet anxiety and unspoken pain in those who often needed it most. Her kindness and compassion touched not only our patients, but every one of us who worked beside her. Freida was like a mom to all of us at Fertility Answers.

Known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, Freida expected a lot from her co-workers and patients. Was she a little tough? Absolutely — the kind of tough that comes from being the youngest of six in her lively Ville Platte family. But it was a tough love rooted in fierce loyalty and genuine care.

Over the last few days, we’ve smiled remembering all the “Freida-isms” that have found their way into how we care for our patients. She made a huge impact on everyone that knew her.

Freida, we will miss you deeply — your humor, your heart, and the humanity you brought to every patient and colleague.

Our Lafayette office will close at 11:30am on Thursday, November 6 to allow our entire Lafayette team to pay their respects to Freida.

Best wishes to 2025 Gift of Hope IVF Grant winners Tyler and Victoria - they underwent their embryo transfer this week at our Baton Rouge clinic. Afterwards, Victoria visited with our acupuncturist Allison Davis for an acupuncture session to help increase the blood flow to her uterus with the hopes it will improve implantation.

Best of luck Victoria and Tyler during your two week wait! 🙏 for a ➕!! Sticky vibes and French fries!

🎃👻 Spooktacular Halloween Fun at the Fertility Answers Offices! 👻🎃

This Halloween, our Lafayette team went all out with groovy🕺🏻🪩✌️costumes! Today’s patients are getting a fun laugh as they come in for their appointments today 🤪

And our Baton Rouge team surprised each other throughout the month with “Boo” baskets with the recipient “Boo-ing” someone else! 🎉 Today’s “Boo” ended with the entire staff “Boo-ing” Dr. Chappell 😂😊😝

It’s amazing how a little creativity can bring everyone together. Happy Halloween 🎃!!!
