Cold weather causes the body to be stiff โ€“ including muscles, ligaments, and tendons โ€“ all of which surround joints. Stiff joints = painful joints! ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Low-impact exercise works best: elliptical, bike, swimming, or treadmill. As the joints get moving, stiffness is reduced, and the pain goes away.
