This year, Rachel chose growth over comfort.

She faced pain, pushed through hard seasons, and committed to rebuilding her strength — physically and mentally. What started as addressing a hip injury became a turning point that carried into every part of her life, from training to career to showing up for her daughter.

That’s what being Made for More looks like.

Rachel didn’t just recover — she leveled up. And now she’s setting her sights on her first half marathon and a stronger, more confident 2026!

Beau is running on 60 miles.
Chuck signed up for 100 miles because… of course he did.
Melissa keeps them as motivated as humanly possible.

Powered by grit, caffeine, and Little Debbie Christmas Trees, they’re running around in the woods for hours questioning their life decisions.

Go get it, boys. 🏃‍♂️🔥

Meet Melissa— one of the brightest, kindest forces at MoveRx!

Melissa helps people move with confidence and independence, especially our older adults who rely on her expertise and compassion every day.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her training for her fist Hyrox race, traveling to new places, fostering rescue pups, or playing violin with the Lafayette Community String Orchestra!

Beau is a smart/lucky guy for marrying her and we’re honored to have her on the team… and beyond blessed that she calls MoveRx home. 💙

This month, we’re celebrating Kristen — proof that one small decision can change everything!

What started with Tai Chi led to kickboxing, then MMA, then running… and eventually her first half marathon 😮

After an MMA injury, she came to MoveRx to recover — and found a team who helped her rebuild, stay confident, and keep moving toward the life she was creating.

Now she’s stronger, braver, and just getting started. 💪🏼

Next year? Faster races. Sharper martial arts skills. And a commitment to keep growing one step at a time.

Kristen, thank you for showing our community what’s possible when you say YES to growth. We’re cheering you on every step of the way!
