What is the Enteric Nervous System (ENS)? The link below gives a good overview. The ENS is integral in the Autonomic Healing Activation (AHA) process and is sometimes referred to as the "gut brain".

The enteric nervous system controls the digestive system, connecting through the central nervous system and sympathetic nervous system.
