Melodie Carbuccia Knapp. I love you, I honor every step you took to get here today.

This solstice has been particularly 🔥. I move so quicly from one phase of my life to the next, I forget to grieve and celebrate. So sometimes I feel stuck in the same space.

This year I'm honoring the sacred silence, to hear the wisdoms of my past. Giving myself space and time to be witnessed amongst sisters, to shed cleaning old skins I have carried for years.

I am in awe of the sisterhood I have in my life, the way we hold each other, safely love and witness one another in our vulnerability. I want to share this support with you.

The time draws near to really honor all that we have been so we can gracefully grieve, all that never came to be and all that was.
