Holos Wellness A private wellness studio~ Group Classes, Personal Training & Mind/Body/Spirit Healing Our studio hosts group fitness classes and personal training.

Our primary class is Ballet Barre Fusion, a small group intensive, total body training method aimed at lifting your seat, slimming your thighs, sculpting your upper body and isolating your core! This intense Pilates based movement burns fat, improves posture and develops long, lean muscle structure. We utilize the ballet bar, mat work, light weights and aerobic movements to draw out strong posture, balance, and tone. Our aim is to give you one of the most challenging workouts that assaults the common “stubborn” areas of the abs, back, seat, thighs and arms. This small group training allows you to receive focused attention on proper form and technique throughout the class while progressing you to your next level of fitness.

This low-impact, full-body workout blends Pilates precision, Barre technique, and the use of light weights and Barre sticks to tone, lengthen, and energize your entire body. You’ll move through dynamic sequences designed to build strength, improve posture, and leave you feeling strong and balanced.

I had everything prepped — the posts, the graphics, the strategy. Coaches helped me shape the “right” messaging. Canva helped me make it pretty.

But the more I sat with it, the more it didn’t feel like me.

So I scrapped it.

Because what I really want is to speak to you from my heart — not from a template.

📣 Here’s what’s real: For the past 9 months, I’ve been building something that’s been growing inside me even longer — a mind-body-spirit transformation app. It brings together the three core elements I believe are essential for real change. Not just inspiration. Transformation.

Barre Fusion blends the grace of ballet moves, the strength of Pilates, and the intensity of strength training to give you a sculpting workout like no other! Expect small, controlled movements, core engagement, and plenty of leg shaking.
