🌟 Team Member Spotlight: Amanda Guidry, Business Office Manager 🌟

Meet Amanda! She’s the heart of our Business Office and a big reason things run so smoothly at LOS Surgery Center. Amanda plays a key role in the patient experience, as the front office staff are usually the first and last people patients interact with. Her goal is always to keep things running smoothly without stress so patients feel supported every step of the way.

The Business Office handles a lot behind the scenes, from credentialing and scheduling to check-in and insurance. It takes problem-solving and communication to keep everything flowing for both patients and staff. Amanda’s greatest enjoyment at work comes from everyone collaborating across departments to reach the same goal: providing excellent patient care.

What motivates her every day is her team. Their dedication, teamwork, and willingness to support each other push her to always give her best.

Integrity and accountability are values Amanda holds close, and one of the best pieces of advice she lives by is that you don’t need a title to be a leader—just a focus on solutions.

Outside of work, Amanda is crafty and loves a good DIY project! She enjoys shopping and unwinding at home with a big hug from her daughter, Grace. 🤗

You’ll usually find her fueled by Jet Coffee and surrounded by sticky notes. We’re proud to have Amanda as part of the LOS team! 💙

Jacy has been an essential part of our foundational team at LOS Surgery Center, and this promotion reflects the incredible impact she’s made as our Materials Buyer. With extensive expertise in medical inventory management, purchasing, distribution, and logistics, she has helped build an efficient, cost-effective supply chain that keeps our operations running seamlessly.

Dedicated to supporting our physicians and creating a positive experience for our staff and patients, we’re proud to have her leading our materials operations and growing with our team.

We’re excited to announce Mandy’s promotion to OR Manager!

Born and raised in Thibodaux, LA, Mandy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Nicholls State University and went on to become a Registered Nurse (RN). She brings a strong clinical background from her experience as an OR Circulator and has been an essential part of our foundational team, contributing to the growth and culture of LOS Surgery Center from the start.

Her energy, leadership, and commitment to excellence make her an outstanding fit for our team and our mission.
