Team Member Spotlight: Aimee Cuvillier, Physical Therapist 🌟

Meet Aimee, our dedicated Physical Therapist at LOS Surgery Center! Her passion for rehabilitation began after injuries as a high school athlete introduced her to the world of physical therapy.

The most rewarding part of her work is watching patients regain independence. She reminds us that therapy doesn’t start in the gym; it starts in those first moments after surgery, helping patients sit up, stand, and move again.

Aimee played a key role in developing LOS Surgery Center’s rehabilitation program and takes pride in seeing it thrive every day. She works closely with patients, caregivers, and physicians from the first phone call through recovery, ensuring each patient feels prepared and supported.

💛 Her favorite part of working at LOS? “The team environment and being able to directly interact with patients and physicians to meet every goal together.”

Outside of work, Aimee loves reading, crafting, and spending time with her family. Her biggest motivation comes from her daughters, who proudly tell people their mom “helps people learn to walk again.”

Her advice to future healthcare professionals: “Remember your ‘why.’ The challenges are real, but the reward of helping people every day is greater.”
