Sunrise Recovery showed up strong at the Reentry Reimagined Rally in Lafayette, IN and this is exactly what it’s all about.

We believe in backing our community partners to the fullest. Because the work being done for individuals coming out of incarceration matters. It’s real, it’s needed, and it’s changing lives. When people come home, they deserve access to resources, support, and a real shot at doing things different, and that only happens when we all come together.

Today was powerful. Amazing speakers, real conversations, solid networking, and yeah… some good food too. But more than anything, it was connection.

Because the opposite of addiction isn’t just sobriety… it’s connection.

7 years. Let👏🏻 that 👏🏻sink 👏🏻in.👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻🙌🏻

Today we celebrate Candice Hoffman and 7 years of sobriety. And if you know Candice, you know this isn’t just a number… this is a life that’s been rebuilt, fought for, and now given back to others every single day.

She shows up. Not just during work hours, but all the time. Day or night, it doesn’t matter. If someone is struggling, if someone needs help, if someone just needs someone to answer the phone… she’s there.

That’s who she is. 💜🙏🏻

She doesn’t just do this job, she lives it. She cares about people in a real way. Whether it’s someone walking through the doors or someone reaching out for the first time, Candice meets them where they’re at and helps them find a way forward.

We were honored to welcome Indiana State Senator Ronald Alting to Sunrise Recovery today!

Senator Alting stopped by our facility and presented us with a certificate in recognition of the work our team is doing to support individuals and families on their journey to recovery. His visit meant a great deal to our staff and the people we serve every day.

At Sunrise Recovery, our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality care to those battling substance use and mental health challenges. Grateful to attend the 2026 POPAI Spring Conference in Carmel, Indiana today. 🙌🏻

Events like this are powerful because they bring together probation officers, treatment providers, and other community partners who are all working toward the same goal… helping people rebuild their lives.

I’m especially proud that Sunrise Recovery was able to support this event as a Gold Sponsor. 🥇

Organizations like POPAI and the professionals in our criminal justice system are doing incredible work every day creating opportunities instead of just consequences, and helping people find a path forward.

At Sunrise Recovery, we have the honor of providing a meal once a month for Uplift Them, and it fills our cup every single time.
Being able to give back to an organization that does so much for our community is truly rewarding. Uplift Them shows up consistently.

They provide meals. They provide supplies. They provide hope. And they make sure the less fortunate in our community have what they need and deserve.

It’s more than food. It’s connection. It’s dignity. It’s letting people know they matter.
