There are moments when the truth finally breaks through the noise — and you feel the ground shift beneath your feet. This week was one of those moments.

For years, parents, scientists, and countless people paying attention have been told a story: “The science is settled. There is no link. Stop asking questions.”

And for years, many sensed something deeper — that the conversation was never as closed as officials claimed.

Now, even the CDC acknowledges that the line “vaccines do not cause autism” was not evidence-based, and the science has never ruled out a link.

That narrative wasn’t built on certainty — it was manufactured to manage public hesitancy.

And while agencies repeated slogans, families lived with the consequences. Communities carried the weight. And those who asked honest questions were dismissed or ridiculed.

But tides turn. Truth resurfaces. And courage has a way of forcing the door open.

From Davenport to the World: Celebrating the Birth of Chiropractic

Today we honor the birth of a profession that has transformed countless lives, Chiropractic.

It all began in 1895 when Dr. D.D. Palmer performed the first chiropractic adjustment in Davenport, Iowa. His vision was simple yet revolutionary: the body has an innate ability to heal itself when interference is removed from the nervous system. That bold idea lit a spark that changed healthcare forever.

His son, Dr. B.J. Palmer, carried the torch forward, developing chiropractic into a profession rooted in science, philosophy, and art. He was relentless in his advocacy, ensuring that chiropractic would not only survive but thrive against all odds.

The Present
Today, chiropractors around the world continue to uphold that vision.
