Even after 19 years as a massage therapist, I’m still deeply committed to learning and growing.

These next couple of months, I’m completing a comprehensive lymphatic drainage massage program, adding another powerful tool to my ever-evolving toolbox.

Continuing education is something I take seriously—not just to stay current, but to better serve my clients with thoughtful, effective care.

I have a particular passion for post-surgical support. Heads up for knee replacements and face and neck lifts - areas where i can make a huge impact in your healing journey!

Lymphatic work can play a meaningful role in reducing swelling, supporting healing, and helping the body recover more efficiently.

Grateful to keep learning, refining my skills, and bringing this work back to my practice.

Endings and beginnings, all in one breath. 🤍

Saying goodbye to this office space—so many meaningful sessions, deep work, quiet moments, and memories held within these walls. I’ll miss the familiarity, the light, and the energy that grew here over time.

And… I’m also really excited. ✨
A new space is on the horizon—one that feels aligned with where my work is going next, with more intention, comfort, and room to grow.
