This past week in Tucson, I had the joy of retaking the Myofascial Swedish workshop with the Massage Sloth himself, Ian Harvey. 🦥✨

This work is deliciously slow—like being gently ironed out, inch by inch. It’s profoundly therapeutic, deceptively simple, and some of the most wonderful bodywork you’ll ever experience. Each time I take this class, I refine new skills and fall even more in love with the approach.
