Pharmaceutical companies have recently made changes to their medications to make them more accessible. They offer savings cards to reduce costs, and also a self pay program directly through their pharmacy, where they send the medication directly to your house. Patients have been using this program already and report that it is easy and quick.
These programs apply to Zepbound and Wegovy, which also now has a pill form available. If you didn’t tolerate the injections well, couldn’t afford injections, or just don’t like the idea of a shot- try the Wegovy pill.
