If you are having problems with anxiety, letting go of dysfunctional relationships and/or patterns, decision making, depression, fear, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and stress, I have skills to ease your pain. I am passionate about counseling! I love to help people facilitate change so they may have greater happiness and better relationships. As a client you will have the opportunity to overcome blocks to become free to make decisions, experience personal power, and create a new and more satisfying life. In addition to individual therapy, I lead Personal Growth workshops that provide a safe and loving environment for clients to gain additional skills, get support from others, and provide a palate for individual transformation.
