As our Utilization Specialist, Nicole is often one of the very first people clients and families connect with when they reach out for help—and her compassion, honesty, and down-to-earth approach shine through from that first call.

Nicole is a true patient advocate. Whether she’s navigating insurance barriers, fighting for authorizations, supporting admissions, or stepping in to ensure clients’ medical needs are met, she consistently puts clients first.
