Burnout is NOT:
❌ Being a little tired
❌ Not loving your job enough
❌ Needing a vacation
❌ A sign you're weak

Burnout IS:
âś… Your nervous system has become chronically overwhelmed
âś… Your body's emergency brake
âś… A signal that the demands in your life(personal, professional, social, etc) have exceeded your capacity for too long
✅ A physiological state — not a mindset problem
