Louisiana recently launched Project M.O.M. (Maternal Overdose Mortality), a statewide initiative designed to support pregnant and postpartum women experiencing substance use disorder. The program focuses on improving coordination between emergency care, prenatal care, and treatment services to help save lives and support families.
🌿 Spring Health Tip – Managing Seasonal Allergies
Spring brings warmer weather—but also pollen and allergies. Common symptoms include sneezing, runny nose, congestion, and itchy eyes.
Helpful tips:
✔ Monitor pollen levels
✔ Keep windows closed during high pollen days
✔ Shower after spending time outdoors
✔ Follow your healthcare provider’s treatment plan
💜 Epilepsy Awareness – Purple Day (March 26)
Purple Day raises awareness about epilepsy and supports individuals living with seizure disorders. Wearing purple and sharing information helps reduce stigma and promote understanding.

By using vegan cupcakes and turning paint palettes into cupcake decorating stations the results will be amazing! Each palette is filled with colorful sprinkles, lollies and chocolate chips, making it easy to choose, create and personalize cupcakes.
