To all my WONDERFUL patients:
3 weeks ago I joined Desai Eye Care. Starting a new job is always stressful, especially in a competitive field, like Ophthalmology. Learning a new medical record system, re-credentialing at new hospitals and surgery centers, re-contracting with insurance providers, getting certified on new laser technology, learning new office flows, etc are all things that are time consuming but need to be done.
With the wonderful support of Dr Desai, Dr Prouet, and all their amazing staff I am happy to say I am out of the weeds and up and running! These past 3 weeks have been amazing and transformative.
I was hopeful my patients would choose to follow me, but the support, love, and dedication ya’ll have shown me has been truly overwhelming, fulfilling, and deeply touching. The outpouring of support, understanding, and enthusiasm from my patients has been answered prayers.
I truly believe it is my honor and privilege to serve as your eye surgeon and eye professional and look forward to many more decades of service to our great community.
