New yoga class for kids!
Hey everyone! Starting this Tuesday June 9th, i'll be offering a yoga class dedicated to kids ages 8-12. The age requirements are super flexible, so feel free to invite siblings and friends. If your kiddo is a little younger/older, that's ok too.
We will weave breath and movement into our practice as we flow through yoga poses that energize and strengthen the body. This is a wonderful way to increase body awareness and build confidence. We’ll use creative relaxation techniques to calm the mind, creating balance and peace.

We meet on the following dates:
June 9th - 10-10:45AM
June 16th - 10-10:45AM
June 23rd - 10-10:45AM
June 30th - 10-10:45AM

The Zoom link will be the same for all classes.

Hello everyone,

I'm so excited to be offering this fun and playful yoga class for all ages.
Siblings, pets, stuffies and parents are all welcome! You'll get to meet my family too and we like to dance!

Hope you can make it this Sunday, May 17 at 10 AM from the comfort of your home!(pj's, silly outfits and costumes are encouraged)

I’m in love 😍 💃🏽 🍵 🕺🏻 I bought the Awake tea back in September and getting down to the last few cups. This Farm to Cup CBD tea is so well balanced and delicious!! The ingredients are so fresh and infusing our house with black tea, lavender, orange peel, bergamot and vanilla. ☺️Big shout out to over at for turning us on to the tea love on the podcast!
