Remember to set your clocks forward 1 hour before bed on Saturday night.
While you're adjusting your clocks, it's also a great time to:

✔️ Update your medical appointments
✔️ Replace batteries in smoke & carbon monoxide detectors
A small change in time can affect your sleep schedule and daily routine, so try going to bed a little earlier to help your body adjust.
