Smoothie time!
-One frozen banana
-Vanilla protein powder (plant based by .improvement )
~ frozen blackberries and blueberries and strawberries
- oat milk (unsweetened )
- Coco June plant based protein yogurt
~ scoop of h**p seeds
~ sprinkled w cinnamon and cacao nibs on top

HOTaum Fall 🍁 🥵 🍂 hike included 3.5 hours of many elevation scales while taking in beautiful scenery all along the trails and a pit stop at the half way point for a picnic lunch. Logged in 17,000 steps for the day and a boatload of sweat! 💫 🥾 Thankfully didn’t come across any snakes or mountain lions but did come across a small lizard called a Little Brown Skink which I had never seen before😍 Although Hannah was prepared for anything that may come our way from Grizzly mace to other self defense weaponry, there’s no one else I feel safer with out on secluded trails than her!

My go to snack lately has been chia seed pudding 😋
I make it the night prior and this one is a lemon 🍋 and blueberry medley😍
Chia seeds mixed together w unsweetened oat milk, a large scoop of Greek nonfat yogurt. Freshly squeezed lemon juice. Cacao nibs, cinnamon and sea salt. Make a blueberry compote by putting a handful of blueberries into the microwave (I also like to squeeze more lemon juice directly onto the blueberries before heating them). Add your blueberry compote into your chia seed mixture and stir. Add a lemon slice for aesthetics, cover with foil or Saran Wrap and enjoy next day 💫
You can sprinkle some granola or peanut butter drizzle on top as an option as well.
Enjoy this protein filled, delicious snack or breakfast.

Gained 1% muscle mass over the past two months. Summer of gains! Never be afraid to take up more space ladies 💪

Been dealing with a summer cold, the wirst sore throat I’ve ever had, and feeling awful 🤧 😷 for the past week. Finally feeling good today! What better way to celebrate than with an acai bowl from one of my faves smoothie / acai shops, joined by one of my four furbabies 🫶🏼💫
