🚀 Big News: ELS Health Careers Institute Is Coming Soon!

I’m excited to share an update I’ve been quietly building behind the scenes.

For the past several months, I’ve been working hard to lay the foundation for ELS Health Careers Institute—the training and workforce-development division of ELS Medical Billing Group. Our mission is simple but powerful:
To create skilled, confident healthcare billing and coding professionals who are job-ready on day one.

Right now, we’re finalizing several key steps on the backend, including:
✨ Licensing the AAPC curriculum
✨ Preparing for GNPEC approval
✨ Getting positioned on WorkSource Georgia’s training provider list
✨ Building a high-quality LMS and course structure
✨ Designing certifications and specialty programs that meet real industry needs

📅 Projected Enrollment Start Date:
We’re aiming to begin enrollment as early as February 2026, with full program availability by April 2026.

Our long-term vision is big:
Start in Georgia → Expand to Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, and more → Become one of the strongest healthcare workforce training providers in the Southeast.

This is only the beginning, but every step is intentional and aligned with where the healthcare industry is headed. I’m excited for the opportunity to train future billers, coders, and revenue-cycle specialists—especially those who are looking for a real pathway to career advancement and financial stability.

I’m excited to share that I’m currently preparing for the Certified Professional Biller Instructor (CPBI) certification through the AAPC — a major step toward becoming a licensed instructor in medical billing and revenue cycle education.

As part of the program, I’ll be conducting a 15–20 minute teaching presentation, which will be evaluated based on my instructional delivery and engagement skills.

I’m currently seeking a few volunteers to attend the presentation (virtually) and provide brief feedback afterward. No prior billing experience is required — just an open mind and a willingness to support my journey as I continue building the ELS University education arm of ELS Medical Billing Group.
