A special thank you to Foundations Health Solutions for their generous donation to James McGinty of Troop 287, Lakewood, in support of his Eagle Scout project.

Thanks to their contribution, James successfully installed a new 35-foot flagpole at St. James Church in Lakewood, Ohio. James and his troop members worked diligently, digging the base, pouring concrete, and trenching to put in place lighting.

The new flagpole now stands proudly on the church grounds, serving as a lasting symbol of community, faith, and patriotism. James’s dedication and leadership throughout the project brought together local volunteers, parishioners, and supporters to make the vision a reality.

This project not only marks an important milestone in James’s journey toward earning the rank of Eagle Scout but also reflects the spirit of service and community that defines both Troop 287 and the Foundations Health Solutions family.

With the flag now flying high over St. James, the Lakewood community can look to it as a reminder of what’s possible when generosity and teamwork come together.

Tuesday, November 11th, we will remember the selfless acts by our residents and staff who served our country. In the morning, we have a special Veterans Day Cafe, co-sponsored with our friends at Bella Care Hospice, to provide a VIP experience for our Veterans who stop by. Then, at 2pm, everyone is welcome to attend our Veterans Day Honor Ceremony held in our main Activity Room. Families of veterans are encouraged to attend and celebrate with their loved ones!

Last week, we celebrated as Edith returned home after completing her rehab at Keystone Pointe! Edith shared how much she loved everyone here, raved about the great food, and said if she ever needs therapy again—she’ll be back!

We’re so proud of her progress and wish her all the best at home.

This beautiful 97-bed community will feature all private suites, top-notch therapy services, and all the comforts of home — bringing high-quality care and modern amenities to the Amherst area.

Keystone Pointe is having our 5th Annual Trick-or-Treat on Thursday, October 23rd, from 6:30-8pm. Kids can enjoy games, prizes, candy and a fun walk-through of the decorated facility as our residents pass out THOUSANDS of pieces of candy!
