Join us this evening at 5:30 for Vinyasa Flow💜 Studio will be open at 5:15:) we will begin at 5:30 with a few moments to take our thoughts from the outside world to the inside. We will focus on our bodies and then begin linking our asanas(yoga poses) with our breath. Always checking in and modifying the poses if needed. Toward the end of the hour we will spend a few moments at rest before we leave🙏🏻 Beginners welcome:)
