Moving toward Ease is a 9-week class that focuses on intentional movement / stretching, stillness, mindfulness + gratitude.

Lessons include:

~ massage tips to use at home, including lymphatic massage & fascial release to relieve muscle tension

~ journal prompts for cultivating gratitude

~ dynamic stretching to help reset the nervous system

~ connecting with nature in simple ways

~ slowing down, simplifying for mindfulness + more.

A short, pre-recorded tutorial is available weekly so you can watch / practice at your own pace.

We are here to help one another, so a portion of the proceeds goes to support survivors and rescue victims of human trafficking.
