Men’s Sacred Immersion // There is something powerful that happens when men gather with intention.

Not to compete.
Not to perform.
But to sit side by side in honesty, presence, and shared humanity.

This immersion is an opportunity to step away from the noise and the immense pressure of daily life and enter a space of presence, connection, and grounded support — both within yourself and alongside other men walking their own paths.

Together we’ll move through an intentional journey including conscious rhythmic breathwork guided by my dear friend Bre , Reiki healing, immersive sound healing, and a ceremonial tea ritual — each practice woven together to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you to your own inner steadiness.

This is not about fixing or forcing. It’s about creating space — for presence, honesty, and reconnection.

People often ask me what I do… and honestly, it’s always a little hard to answer.

I don’t fit neatly into one title or label.

I work with energy, sound, stillness, nature, conversation, and presence — different tools and modalities that all point toward the same thing.

Guiding people back to themselves.

Back to their breath.
Back to their bodies.
Back to the quiet inner wisdom that already knows the way.

I don’t really see myself as a “healer” per se. I see myself as a guide… a teacher… someone who holds space while others remember their own connection — to nature, to what matters most, to their own inner knowing.

Because nothing I offer is about fixing anything or anyone. It’s about creating intentional space where you can turn down the internal and external noise and hear yourself again.

And when that happens, everything begins to shift.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how sometimes we just need a place to soften.

A place where we can be honest about what we’re feeling… where we don’t have to have everything figured out.

A place where someone is simply there to listen, hold space, and gently support us as we move through whatever life is bringing up.

That’s really the heart of the work I offer.

While many people know me for my in-person sessions and events, I also work with clients online from all over the world. These sessions become a space where you can slow down, be seen, and receive intuitive and energetic support during times of transition, uncertainty or growth.

And the best part is you don’t have to leave your house and you don’t have to come with everything perfectly articulated.

You can just show up as you are.

There’s something truly magical about sharing the medicine of sound with the ocean and sunshine as the backdrop.

Leading this private beach sound bath in Laguna Beach was such a beautiful reminder that healing deepens when we step outside and let nature hold us.

The warmth of the sun, the rhythm of the waves, the open sky — all weaving together with the healing frequencies of my alchemy bowls to soften the nervous system and invite the body back into its natural state of balance and harmony.

These experiences create space to slow down, soften, open the heart, and remember our connection to the natural world and to ourselves.

So grateful to share sound medicine in beautiful places that feel alive, sacred, and expansive. This is what it means to let sound, nature, and intention meet.

ROOTED // A Monthly Circle

I’m so excited to share a new offering that’s been quietly forming the past year — a space I’ve been feeling deeply called to create for us.

Rooted is a monthly circle devoted to grounding — into who you are, what matters to you, and how you want to show up.

Right now, there is so much happening in the world around us and in our own personal lives that can pull us off center. This is a place to consciously root back in.

On the first Thursday of each month, we’ll come together to reflect on the energetic landscape, share what’s present, and reconnect with our inner steadiness so that the external world doesn’t dictate how we feel or how we show up.

My intention is simple — to become so ROOTED into who we are that what’s happening around us can’t destabilize us.

I’ll offer channeled messages for the group to support clarity and orientation for the month ahead, along with grounding practices that may include meditation, sound healing, Reiki, tea, and spacious, honest conversation. These elements are here to support regulation, embodiment, and presence — not to fix, rush, or override what’s real.

Rooted is not an “event”
It’s a regulation + orientation space

A container to strengthen your internal roots so you can meet life from a grounded, resourced place — anchored in yourself, and supported by community.

Reiki Training ✨

Beginning this month, I’ll be teaching Reiki at the magical Four Moons Spa in Encinitas. After a year of leading monthly tea ceremonies in this serene space, it feels so aligned and natural to deepen my work here and share my teachings.

Reiki is a Japanese healing art — gentle, grounding and deeply supportive in all aspects of life. During this training, you will learn how to understand and sense energy, protect your own energy field, stay resourced while showing up for others, and build a strong, steady energetic relationship with yourself.

While everyone can benefit from this training, it’s especially supportive for moms, massage therapists, birth workers, estheticians, fellow practitioners and teachers, and anyone who is sensitive and spends a lot of time with and around other people.

Over the years, I’ve had the deep honor of leading hundreds of Cha Dao tea ceremonies. Each one held by collective presence, shared breath, and the quiet magic that unfolds when we gather with intention. There is something so powerful about sitting in community — about feeling the field created when many hearts arrive together.

And… there is also a very different kind of potency that lives in a 1:1 container.

While I continue to offer weekly group tea ceremonies in my home and monthly , I’m feeling a clear call to open the door to private 1:1 ceremonies for those who wish to go deeper. For those who want to feel even more seen, held, and met exactly where they are.

If you’ve ever sat with me, you know my tea ceremonies are unique and involve deep energetic work — often intuitive, often channeled, always guided by what’s present. These private containers are spacious, intentional, and deeply supportive… a place to receive exactly what you need most.
